Job Responsibilities:

1. Spearhead telemarketing initiatives, influencing lead generation, appointment scheduling, surveys, and verification processes.

2. Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing the varied needs of both B2B and B2C clients.

3. Provide exceptional customer service through calls, emails, and live chat interactions.

4. Proactively strive to surpass performance benchmarks.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in an international call center setting.

2. Strong command of the English language with excellent communication abilities.

3. Candidates must be under 40 years of age.

4. Demonstrated success in telemarketing and customer support roles.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends off)
