Job Role- Test Engineer(Generative AI)

Location-Nagpur

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Generative AI models and systems.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to identify and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to understand project requirements and design effective testing strategies.
• Automate test processes using appropriate tools and frameworks.
• Analyze test results, document findings, and work with the development team to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for AI model testing.
• Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes to enhance the quality of AI outputs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing, preferably in AI or machine learning projects.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including generative models such as GANs and VAEs.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and text generation projects.
• Knowledge of data management and synthetic data generation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment of AI models.
