Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy:
• Lead the AI and automation team in developing and implementing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, data scientists, and automation specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
• AI & Automation Model Development & Deployment:
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning, deep learning, and automation models for various applications, including predictive analytics, natural language processing, computer vision, and process automation.
• Implement automation solutions to streamline business processes, reduce manual interventions, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Optimize AI and automation models for performance, scalability, and real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of AI and automation models into production systems.
• Research & Development:
• Conduct and oversee research projects that explore new AI techniques, automation tools, and applications.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of AI and automation tools, frameworks, and platforms.
• Publish and present research findings in relevant industry conferences and journals.
• Project Management:
• Manage AI and automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement risk management strategies.
• Ethics & Compliance:
• Ensure that all AI and automation solutions adhere to ethical guidelines, privacy regulations, and company policies.
• Promote the responsible use of AI and automation, including bias mitigation, transparency in AI systems, and ethical automation practices.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Automation Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or automation, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), automation tools (e.g., RPA, BPM), and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Java).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Certifications in AI, machine learning, automation, or data science from recognized institutions.
• Experience with AI and automation in real-time or high-availability environments.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, automation technologies, data structures, and AI ethics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into AI and automation solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to convey complex AI and automation concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in AI research and publication is a plus.
