AI ML Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Looking for an AI/ML engineer, preferably 5+ years of overall experience with at least 2+ years of relevant experience in developing, deploying, monitoring and evolving AI based solutions.

2. Should have demonstrated ownership in entire AI/ML project lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance of AI applications.

3. Should be a hands-on Python developer, writing efficient clean code, with experience in concurrent programming as well as designing scalable systems

4. Should have extensive hands-on experience in:

a) custom AI model development (including selection of appropriate Pre-trained models if any, hyper-parameter optimization and fine-tuning)

b) evaluation of models using the relevant metrics - should be able to justify choice of metrics over others depending on the use cases

c) ML Ops for deploying, maintaining & monitoring

d) continuous improvement of models based on feedback loops
- Should be able to work as a team player with other developers, designers and product managers
- Should be well versed with recent AI research & trends, and adept at discovering and leveraging state-of-the-art open source models/libraries for various use cases

BFSI experience could be an added advantage but open to all
