Looking For AI Developer with GenAI Experience

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models to solve complex problems in various domains. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into AI/ML solutions. 
• Conduct research and experiments to explore new AI/ML techniques and algorithms. 
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and expertise. 
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure the availability and quality of data required for training AI/ML models. 
• Evaluate and integrate third-party AI/ML tools and libraries as needed. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML technologies and contribute to the company's knowledge base through blogs, presentations, or workshops. 

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's preferred. 
• 5+ years of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. 
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc. 
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models for real-world applications. 
• Solid understanding of deep learning concepts and architectures (CNNs, RNNs, etc.). 
• Experience with computer vision tasks such as object detection, image classification, and segmentation. 
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks is a plus. 
• Experience in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) with Open sourced LLMs 
• Who should have good experience in Vector database and Similarity search. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
