Junior AI Engineer

We are looking for a Junior AI Engineer with a passion for machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and AI-driven applications. In this role, you will contribute to the development of conversational AI, multi-agent systems, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions while learning from experienced AI professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs) using platforms like AWS Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Support the implementation of conversational AI systems, including chatbots and RAG-based solutions.
• Work with NLP models and ML libraries to analyze, preprocess, and structure language data.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize AI model performance and accuracy.
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends and actively apply new techniques in projects.
• Work with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn to develop AI solutions.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in AI/ML development or related fields.
• Basic understanding of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning models, and chatbot development.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML tools like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Exposure to AWS ML Services (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker) or similar cloud-based ML platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn from senior AI engineers.
• Passion for AI research, generative models, and conversational AI.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience working with LangChain, RAG, or multi-agent AI systems is a plus.
• Exposure to ETL pipeline design and data engineering concepts.
