Job Title: AI Engineer

Location: Bangalore/Kochi/Trivandrum

Experience:3-6

Responsibilities

1.Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and applications, focusing on generative AI.

2.Implement and optimize supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning algorithms.

3.Work extensively with natural language processing (NLP) tasks, including language models, text generation, and sentiment analysis.

4.Leverage generative AI concepts such as text/image/audio synthesis, diffusion models, and transformers.

5.Develop and maintain MLOps practices and ML model deployment pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

6.Conduct data processing, feature engineering, and model training on large datasets.

7.Uphold responsible AI practices, emphasizing AI ethics, model governance, and risk mitigation.

8.Apply software engineering best practices in the development and maintenance of ML systems.

9.Engage in an agile development environment, contributing to team sprints and iterations.

10.Utilize tools/frameworks to monitor and analyze ML model performance and data accuracy.

Qualifications

1.Minimum 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering and AI development.

2.Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques.

4.Solid experience in natural language processing (NLP).

5.Proven understanding of generative AI concepts and hands-on experience developing related applications.

6.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

7.Experience with MLOps and ML model deployment pipelines.

8.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable ML solutions.

9.Familiarity with data processing, feature engineering, and training models on large datasets
