Gen AI Developer

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning.
• Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and deep learning
• Expert-level Python programming with data science stack (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
• Enterprise experience with LLMs and foundation models (GPT, BERT, etc.)
• Strong understanding & implementation of NLP techniques and transformers architecture
• Proven track record of delivering ML/AI solutions in production
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration
• Proficiency in vector embeddings, similarity search & recommender engines
• Strong SQL skills and experience with big data technologies
• Experience with experiment tracking and model versioning tools
• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) patterns
• Knowledge of model evaluation metrics and A/B testing
• Experience with data visualization and stakeholder communication
• Preferred: Experience with model fine-tuning and optimization

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data science projects with focus on GenAI applications
• Develop and implement novel ML/AI solutions for business problems
• Design and conduct experiments to evaluate model performance
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines for knowledge integration
• Create reusable prompt engineering patterns and templates
• Analyze and optimize model performance and costs
• Collaborate with engineering teams for production deployment
• Present findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance
• Ensure data quality and maintain documentation
• Research and evaluate new GenAI technologies and approaches
• Work with business teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption
• Develop metrics and KPIs for measuring model success
• Contribute to data science best practices and standards
