HCL - Practice Head - RPA (15-20 yrs)

Looking for an experienced software leader with :

- Experience in project delivery management

- Strong understanding of RPA technologies

- Excellent customer management and communication skills

- Ability to lead multiple RPA delivery projects simultaneously

Experience : 15-20 years

Education : B.E. / B. Tech./ M.E./ M. Tech / MCA

Skills Required :

- Strong Technical background in Project Delivery and Robotics Process Automation

- At senior leadership level, person should get to a more closer view of problems and interaction with the teams

- Strong stake holders management experience

- Fixed Bid Program Management and Global Program Deliveries will be an added advantage

- Should have good experience on handling multiple teams and project management

Key Responsibilities/Functions/Role :

- 15 - 20 Years of experience in Delivery and Program Management in client facing role.

- Handled multi-million dollar engagements in RPA- Own and Responsible for end to end development of the projects/programs assigned

- Ensure the right team structure and organization is put in place for the RPA development unit

- Excellent track record in Work Planning & Team management (of 100+ members)

- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills

- Strong understanding of RPA SDLC framework, preferred knowledge of agile methodology.

- Have delivered large complex programs in Fixed Bid environment

- Work across multiple Customer and development teams - offshore, onshore and Client Program

- Management teams and track and report project deliverables closely.

- Experienced is managing Global RPA Transformation Programs and managing staff and function between locations and time-zone.

- Relationship management skills - ability to develop and sustain positive partnerships with Customer and Internal Leadership and be a strong leader

- A strong commitment to delivery within cost, schedule and quality parameters
