Which team will you be working in?

You will be working in the Cloud Engineering and Business Experience (CeBe) team within HCLSoftware. The HCLSoftware CeBe team drives the cloud-native strategy for HCL Software. We innovate with new technologies and apply them to the HCLSoftware portfolio. The team is distributed across several locations, in India, Europe and the USA.

Skills we seek in our Cloud Engineering and Business Experience team

• 8-10 years of development experience with at least 5 years of frontend development experience
• Strong UI development experience using JavaScript, Angular Framework (mandatory), React (good to have), HTML5 and CSS
• Ability to be a technical lead and develop secure and high-quality web applications with great user experience
• Ability to work in an agile, collaborative and global environment
• Willingness to investigate, learn and adopt new technologies
• Problem solving skills
• Good soft skills, with personal leadership and self-drive

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements from product managers and create technical designs that align well with the overall architecture
• Lead a team of developers, help break down complex features into achievable tasks
• Develop new features, debug existing features and review code as per design
• Deliver features and fixes to cloud hosted production environment on a sprint cadence
• Communicate and collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, developers, testers, DevOps engineers and project managers in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Support and improve efficiencies through process and coding best practices
• Mentor team members through technical guidance and code reviews

Additional Skills (More the merrier!)

• Some experience working with Golang, CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes and helm is a plus
