Role: AIML Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the software delivery strategy, processes, and standards for the software development team.
• Manage the software development team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Establish and monitor the software development schedule, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure adherence to the quality standards and best practices.
• Coordinate and communicate with the stakeholders, including the senior management, product owners, customers, and vendors, on the software project status, issues, and risks.
• Resolve any conflicts or problems that arise during the software development lifecycle, and escalate them as needed.
• Ensure the software products and services meet the customer requirements and expectations, and comply with the regulatory and security standards.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the software delivery performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 12+ years of experience in software development and with at least 8+ years of experience in software delivery management or leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and large-scale software projects, using agile or waterfall methodologies.
• Strong knowledge and skills in software development tools, technologies, and frameworks, such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, AWS, Azure, etc.
• Strong knowledge and skills in Generative AI is plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the software development team.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
