2. Maintain hiring guidelines with zero deviation on hiring specs.

3. Smooth induction process with 15,30,60 & 90 days connect with new joiner.

4. Designs and drive various recruitment initiatives time to time.

5. An individual contributor who owns HR processes/ELCM and closes loop with in timelines.

6. Drives PMS and leads 100% closure in system with in timeline.

7. Drives L& OD initiatives time to time and ensure participation.

8. Owns employee engagement and plan calendar well in advance.

9. Understands and closes employee grievances.

10. Conducts employee townhall and communicates people agenda as per frequence.

11. A self driven, multitasking HR partner who can work in a highly matrixed organization.

12. Exit analysis and retention initiatives.

13. Runs R&R at branch and leads growth driven culture.
