1. REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (RSM)

EXPERIENCE : 6-10 YEARS SALES IN TYRE INDUSTRY OR BATTERY/LUBRICANT CAN APPLY)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) All regional managers are expected to support their TSI to excel in the market.

2) They should prepare their tour itinerary in accordance with the TSI to support them in the market.

3) Each RSM is expected to work at least 5 days along with the TSI in their respective market.

4) RSM should submit their tour itinerary on 2nd of every month.

5) On every 4th of the month each RSM should submit their progressive plan for their territory after consulting all their TSI, in terms of sales achievement and dealer appointment for the respective month and that will be the KRA for the month for that team.

6) On every 4th of the month RSM should also submit their product wise forecast and any changes if required can be done till 12th of the month.

7) RSM should time and again check the performance of the TSI and necessary training or help if required should be provided.

8) All dealer appointment has to be routed thru RSM with final notes of finding and recommendation.

9) All RSM must exhibit high professionalism in the market place , and should be firm and polite while dealing with the dealers and customer.

10) All critical issues of any kind must be transparently communicated to the seniors and avoid any sudden decision in the market place.

11) Each RSM will be reviewed on quarterly basis on their managerial capabilities and will be rewarded suitably. All the performance calculation will be based on the performance matrix of TSI.
