Dy. Manager - OD (organizational Development)

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for organization design & structuring as per the changing market dynamics from time to time basis.

2. Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducting need assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.

3. Responsible for designing, development and implementation of OD programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals.

4. Responsible for preparing HR Business Plan, HR Budget and various HR Reports as per management requirement.

5. Analyzing HR cost budget and staff efficiency and share the report to management on timely manner.

6. Responsible for developing HR Policies, SOPs, Work Instructions and different HR processes for smooth HR operation across SBUs.

7. Responsible for need assessment for training and employee development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objective of organization.

8. Ensuring timely execution of training and effectiveness in terms of employee accomplishment and performance.

9. Responsible for implementing and executing various employee engagement program and executive effective HR communication system.

10. Responsible for timely execution of performance appraisal, merit increase, carrier progression and promotion as per policy.

11. Ensuring timely completion of talent review and performance dialogue activities along with IDP for across level of employees.

12. Responsible for HR improvement projects and timely execution of best practices of HR.

13. Responsible for Attrition analysis and initiatives to control attrition.

14. Design and execute Succession Planning Model.

15. Carry out communication plan for effective dissemination of relevant information to employees.
