Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for Line quality control and maintain quality standards at Fin Press line.

2. DOA Cases analysis & countermeasures in factory.

3. Conduct Field complaint simulation test to find out exact root causes & modification.

4. Responsible for overall management of all LQC Supervisors / Engineers through work guidance.

5. Responsible for Managing Process Audit as per schedule to have better control on process.

6. FPA – Verification of in-house component before start of production.

7. Responsible for Quality Improvement Project as per Business Plan

CTP/CTQ process parameter monitoring and responsible for Weekly review line issue, audit points & PPM trend.
