PMS Specialist

Role & responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective performance management systems (PMS) for multiple departments, tailored competency matrix to meet the unique needs and goals of each area.
• Collaborate with department heads and HR to define key performance indicators (KPIs), success metrics, and performance objectives and designing score card system for individual performance evaluation.
• Develop frameworks for performance appraisals, feedback, goal setting, and employee development.
• Lead the integration of performance management systems with other HR tools and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct training sessions for managers and employees to ensure successful adoption and understanding of the PMS.
• Regularly evaluate and refine performance management strategies, ensuring they remain relevant and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to managers and HR teams on performance-related issues, including handling performance feedback, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and maintain documentation on PMS processes, guidelines, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in performance management

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience working with department-specific performance metrics (e.g., sales, customer service, operations).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies or project management tools.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing performance management systems, ideally in a corporate or large-scale organization.
• Strong understanding of performance appraisal methodologies, employee development strategies, and HR best practices.
• Experience with performance management software/tools and data analytics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance data to make informed decisions and drive improvement.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
