Senior Executive â Talent Acquisition Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment Process: - Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding. - Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent.
2. Sourcing Candidates: - Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
3. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates. - Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges.
4. Market Research and Benchmarking: - Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to make informed hiring decisions. - Suggest process improvements based on market insights.
5. Employer Branding: - Promote the company's brand through creative job advertisements and participation in job fairs, campus drives, and other hiring events.
6. Recruitment Metrics: - Track and report recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio. - Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
7. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with other HR functions to ensure smooth on boarding and integration of new hires.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously
- Analytical skills to interpret data and improve recruitment strategies
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in handling bulk hiring, mid-level, and senior-level positions
- Expertise in recruiting for diverse functions and industries
