Weekly reviews - Foster accountability and visibility across teams to ensure engagement.
Daily DCR Compliance Monitoring - Encourage timely data entry to enhance operational insights
and decision-making for on-ground sales teams
Standardize communication and follow-up actions to enhance accountability and track progress
across different hierarchies
Use KPIs to drive performance improvement and strategic adjustments.
Assess the effectiveness of schemes and make data-driven adjustments.
Enable learning culture to enhance team capabilities and performance.
DRCP to be completed and checked every month
Monitor Weekly Review along with attendance. Publish a weekly tracker to all Business Heads
Monitor compliance of DCR getting updated daily
Monitor Monthly Reviews to be conducted by the Regional Heads with all Area Managers -
Calendarize the meetings with all stakeholders. MOMs to be shared by the Regional Head post the
review
Monitor the Monthly Review for the respective Business Head along with the Sales Director
Share the Progress KPIs along with Lead and Lag Indicators to their respective Business Vertical
Heads and Regional Heads
FTS Trackers & Scheme Trackers along with the effectiveness measurements to be shared and
discussed with Business Vertical Heads
Training to be done for all Sales team members for all the activities/tasks
Training for DMS and SFA for their respective verticals
Monitor and ensure that all Salespersons are using DMS & SFA
Troubleshooting and interactions with IT and Customer Care wherever necessary
