Job Description
- Platform Management Optimization: Oversee the deployment and management of HCP tools (e.g., Veeva, CRM systems) Sales Tech tools (e.g., DMS, SFA, Retailer App) to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, CMT, marketing, IT, finance, and medical affairs teams to understand requirements, enhance system functionality, and drive adoption of tools among healthcare professionals field sales team.
Data System Governance: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all tools and platforms, adhering to industry regulations.
Continuous Improvement Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training for users, while driving continuous improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
Minimum Level of Education Required
Educational Background: Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in CS, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred
Product Expertise: Strong experience with healthcare CRM systems, particularly Veeva or similar platforms (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud, HubSpot for healthcare) and Sales tech tools (eg. Botree, Accenture, Salesforce, Bizom)
Project Management Communication Skills: Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders .
Previous Experience Required
Experience: 4-6 years of experience managing sales healthcare systems, tools, or infrastructure, preferably in a role supporting sales, marketing, or CMT in the FMCG industry.
Demonstrated experience in system implementation, troubleshooting, and user training.
