In this role as a Digital Marketing Technologist, you will be responsible to provide setup, assistance, and problem-solving solutions for marketing software and other technology-related issues to ensure smooth and efficient operation of communication and data systems. You will support marketing campaigns in email development, landing page design across multiple platforms, promotional support, and HTML development for all OTT HydroMet websites. This position involves high-impact marketing campaigns and projects, empowering you to understand customer needs and make decisions that deliver real business value. You will operate as a digital marketing expert and project manager across multiple web tools including but not limited to marketing automation, content, product and digital asset technology to support customer needs, marketing campaigns, and help resolve tier 1 issues.

This position is part of the Marketing Team located in India and will be Remote.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Provide Tier 1 level admin and troubleshooting support for marketing automation, content management, PIM systems and web platforms utilizing internal ticketing systems.
• Work with web and marketing teams to implement and maintain web pages from design mockups in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Execute customer-facing single-language and globally-translated emails, landing pages, and web pages.
• Identify areas for improved testing efficiencies and partner with peer teams and external partners to facilitate and implement strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders within marketing, product and vertical management, service, technology and the business area.
• Establish project processes and empower these processes on new projects.
• Provide leadership in process analysis, process and system design, and systems development.
• Identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions.
• Support audience segmentation in marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Interface with employees and contractors to ensure efficient design, delivery, execution, support, and maintenance of processes.
• Manage several high-visibility projects, including consolidating multi-language websites.
• Engage and support design best practices for email and web page tactics, including improvements.
• Support and execute larger web project needs as defined by Marketing and the business.
• Advocate for customers across a wide range of internal resources to ensure quality or user issues are resolved.
• Build, support, and execute on existing daily management and process controls with OTT HydroMet campaign teams, including engagement in continuous improvement activities and processes.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• BA/BS in Marketing with an emphasis in computer science, engineering, information technology, digital marketing, digital communications, project management, marketing operations, or equivalent experience.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Marketing Automation support and/or administrative assistance.
• 1 - 3 years of experience managing websites on a CMS platform such as TYPE3, AEM, Drupal, or WordPress, and/or eCommerce platforms such as Big Commerce, Shopify, Adobe Commerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or Tier I support.
• 1+ year of experience in JavaScript/jQuery is a plus.
