This Position is responsible for driving Sales growth for HACH brand products in respective territory / region from the Municipal Segment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate in Science/Business Management working in the field of Direct Sales for Water Treatment & Analysis Solutions.
TRAVEL (REQUIRED ESTIMATED % OF TIME) : 70-80%

SOFT SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
High on integrity & works with transparency to build trust across associstes within Hach.
Smart personality with good Emotinal Quotient and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, process approach & deep analytical skills
Self-starter, Pro-active, Action oriented & Results-driven & must be comfortable working independently.
Ability to quickly grasp & easily adapt to new ideas, concepts, methods & lead to implement.
Agility to work across cultures, locations, internal teams & clients.
Comfortable in building relationships with Top executives, Engineers, and Regulatory bodies.
Ability to prepare and present complex information in simple, engaging way for both technical and commercial audiences.
Proficiency in CRM (SFDC), MS Office, and other sales tools.
Knowledge of public sector bidding processes, including government tenders and RFPs.
Fluent in English and 2 other local languages
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
