Role & responsibilities

• Managing schedules: Coordinating meetings and appointments, and managing the Director's schedule
• Handling correspondence: Writing emails and reports, and handling other correspondence
• Maintaining files and records: Keeping track of files and records
• Travel arrangements: Booking flights, arranging transportation, and making sure travel documents are in order
• Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Multitasking: Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Communication: Communicate & Correspond with Clients
• Attention to detail: Being focused and paying close attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills: Being able to communicate well with a variety of people
• Following established processes: Being able to follow established processes

Location - AKVN Industrial Area, Dhar Road, Betma, Indore, MP

Time - 09:00 am to 07:00 PM, Staff bus facility is provided.
