I don't like to work with haarish equipment but i have no any other job currently

Dislikes

I am dislike because there no cl pl leaves; no increment (only 2-3 percent) ;salary deduct if I am not work 2-3 hour in a month. Havy workload. so i am search new job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
