Prospect and Qualify Leads : Identify and reach out to potential SMB clients using various channels (cold calls, emails, and social media).
Build Pipeline : Generate high-quality leads to fill the sales pipeline and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team.
Personalize Pitches : Tailor messaging to each client’s needs, ensuring a high level of relevance and engagement.
Collaborate with Sales Teams : Work closely with the Account Executives to refine strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Track and Report : Maintain accurate records in the CRM, providing detailed insights into lead quality, pipeline health, and progress toward goals.
US Calling Experience : 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling, specifically targeting US-based clients.
B2B SaaS Background : Proven experience in selling SaaS products or services to SMB clients.
Exceptional Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to articulate ideas and build rapport quickly.
SMB Experience : Experience in working with SMB clients is highly preferred.
Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
