Account Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing accounts and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and supporting the organizations growth with their expertise.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions with precision.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.
• Conduct bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and periodic audits.
• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.) and timely filings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
