Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Processing invoices: Receive, record, and process invoices to ensure they are correct and on time
• Reconciling accounts: Compare system reports to balances to ensure amounts paid match goods and services received
• Maintaining records: Keep records of invoices, receipts, and reports
• Monitoring expenses: Monitor payroll expense claims, including overtime payments and salary advances
• Verifying vendor accounts: Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements
• Resolving discrepancies: Resolve purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies
• Communicating with suppliers: Answer queries from suppliers and contractors about payments and accounts payable
• Assisting other departments: Assist other departments with equipment or product purchases
• Preparing reports: Prepare financial reports and keep informed of regulatory requirements
