We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Sobha Metercube. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales in the retail industry, particularly in the interior, modular, and furniture sectors. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers while achieving sales targets.
Educational Background: • Any graduate.
Work Experience:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.
• Experience in selling interior, modular, or furniture products is a plus.
Personal Attributes:
• High-energy individual with a proactive approach.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Drive sales performance by proactively engaging with customers and identifying their needs.
• Assist in managing and executing promotional campaigns to attract new customers and boost sales.
• Provide insights on customer preferences and trends to support inventory selection and identify gaps. • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with logistics and demand planning teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. • Monitor and report on key sales metrics, including weekly/monthly sales performance and customer feedback
