Role Purpose

Reporting to the Team Lead, executing day-to-day Accounts receivable activities of English Path in a process oriented and disciplined manner. The Role will also include responsibility for the accounting contribution for the shared services responsibility that India plays as part of English Path global business. This role will be based in our Noida office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned AR transactions on time with accuracy.
• Payment allocation in AR system.
• Refund processing and checking with SOPs.
• Issuing Payment Receipt from System
• Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions.
• Report on work executed.
• Prepare Journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Track progress of assigned tasks, while at the same time adhering to Team set KPIs.
• Interact with global finance teams on doubt and error resolution.
• Ensure good customer care and focus on all times.
• Bank Reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or relevant professional qualification essential
• Finance or accounting degree – desirable.
• Good Communication skills
• Professional email writing Skills
• Good in Microsoft Excel and M-Word.
• Zoho CRM

Essential Skills and Experience

The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following knowledge of accounts payable:

• Hands-on experience on AR working.
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Already part of a similar setup either a BPO or Shared Service centre
• Minimum work experience of 4-5 years in an MNC setup
• Commerce Graduate (B.Com/M.com/MBA)
