Accounts Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accounting, including physical inventory management, reconciliation, and control.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in any ERP systems.
  
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop and maintain effective inventory management processes to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory accounting, or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP etc...) for managing financial transactions accurately.
  
• Excellent analytical skills for identifying trends, errors, or discrepancies in inventory records.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
