Job Title: Presale-Team Lead/Assistant Manager

Location: Noida, India

To support the development of the GEDU business, its people, processes, technologies, and data to ensure revenue targets are reached, service quality is maintained, and continually improved and operational efficiency is maximized.

Job Responsibilities:

• At least 5-6 years of experience in International Education/EdTech/Education industry preferably in managing call center/customer service executives of which at least 2 years should be at a team leader position.
• Knowledge of Dubai/European market is preferable but not mandatory. Team handling experience of managing at least 8-10 member.
• Target driven and ability to achieve numbers in highly competitive environment.
• Experience and knowledge of setting up processes will be an added advantage.
• Experience and knowledge of CRM and telephony is a must.
• Excellent communication skills and team player

Essential Skills and Experience

• Degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
