Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, payment processing, vendor payments, vendor reconciliation, general ledger accounting, and invoice verification.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and payments.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  
• Provide support to senior management on ad-hoc projects as required.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in finance & accounts role with expertise in AP/AR processes.
  
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP software is essential; proficiency in MS Excel is also necessary.
  
• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) for effective coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
