Project Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and track performance against milestones.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, identify issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in civil engineering projects coordination or a related field.
  
• B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) degree from a recognized university; M.Tech (Civil) preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of planning, scheduling, project control, project scheduling, project monitoring, and project coordination principles.
