Site Engineer (execution work)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee site execution activities, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project progress.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction activities, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering or building construction industry.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including structural design and materials science.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
