Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations, including payroll processing, grievance redressal, and audit compliance.
  
• Oversee branch operations and handle day-to-day HR activities.
  
• Ensure effective implementation of company policies and procedures at the branch level.
  
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency.
  
• Maintain accurate records and reports on employee data, attendance, leave, etc.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (HR Operations).
  
• Strong knowledge of Payroll Management, Grievance Management, Audit Compliance, Branch Handling, and Branch Operations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with various stakeholders.
