It Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Experience in selling IT solutions (Application/Analytics)
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets for digital and analytics services.

. Articulate the value proposition of digital transformation and analytics services, including AI/ML, data visualization, business intelligence, and cloud-based solutions.

.Collaborate with technical teams to design and present customized solutions aligned with client goals.

• Design and implement a strategic business plan (assigned region) that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Work closely with delivery teams, solution architects, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
