We are looking for Pega CDH developer with 4+ years of experience.

Location is flexible but Kolkata and Hyderabad will be preferred.

Candidate must have real project experience and certified.

Experience is must and just having certification will not work.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement PEGA Decisioning rules, strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configurations.

- Design and configure data flows, data sets, and offer flows to support decisioning processes.

- Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot batch decisioning campaigns.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand decisioning requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Integrate PEGA applications with other systems and troubleshoot integration issues.

- Build and unit test application components.

- Coordinate with operations and testing teams to identify and resolve defects.

- Perform peer reviews and escalate technical issues when needed.

- Stay up-to-date on PEGA best practices and emerging technologies in the decisioning space.

Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience in PEGA development, with a focus on PEGA Decisioning and Marketing functionalities.

- Experience with PEGA PRPC Version 8.x development, architecture design, and integration.

- Strong understanding of data flows, segmentation, and AI concepts.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Desired Certifications :

- PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) (highly preferred)

- PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA(highly preferred)

- PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) (highly preferred)
