Grow Your Staff is seeking a Business Development Specialist for Fuse Capital, a Debt advisory firm based in London, United Kingdom. The position is a full-time remote position/ on-site opportunity in Hyderabad.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join Fuse Capital's growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities in the private debt space, contributing to the expansion of Fuse Capital's market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in Fuse Capital's company's growth strategy and make a significant impact in the financial services industry.

About the client- Fuse Capital is a premier financial services firm specialising in tailored debt advisory services for SMEs across the UK, EU, and APAC regions. With over 11 years of experience and a proven track record of serving more than 500 clients, Fuse Capital has successfully raised over a billion euros in private debt funding. By leveraging one of the most extensive networks of funds in the industry, Fuse Capital excels at matching clients with the ideal funding sources to meet their unique needs.

Experience required: 3-5 years

CTC: 8-12 LPA

Location: Remote (open to individuals who are willing for on-site in Hyderabad)

Time- 1:30 pm- 10:00 pm (Monday - Friday)

Type of employment- Full-time

Responsibilities

- Identify and target potential clients in the private debt space through market research, networking, and relationship-building.

- Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's presence in the private debt market.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition of our private debt solutions to clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their financial needs and concerns while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and investment teams, to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience (3+ years) in lead generation and business development, preferably in the financial services sector.

- Good experience and understanding of the UK, EU & APAC markets.

- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and develop effective deal origination strategies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

- Experience with LinkedIn and other lead generation tools, including outreach through email and social media.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
