Job Description

Minimum requirements Manage team of upto 60 reps Manage conference calls/other communication with the client Multiple stakeholder management Team Management and People Development - Lead & motivate a team of Support and Operation Leaders and ensure their development through direct coaching/feedback wherever required, Support Learning and development initiatives, Coaching and counseling, staff motivation/retention programs. Process management-Responsible for management and coordination of overall operations, quality and general administration for the team/process Effectively implement rewards/recognition, appraisal & Incentive programs. Create cross-functional teams to encourage team building Internal co-ordination with Projects and EUs to meet SLA standards SPECIALIST/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, APTITUDE & EXPERIENCEEssential4-6 years’ experience in Inbound customer service Sales Manager6-8 years’ experience as a sales manager Overall Experience- 10+ Years Digital Marketing Experience Essential Strong operations management experience Experience working in milestone and deadline driven environment Ability to influence leadership, work with people and drive towards common solutions and issue resolutions Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Experience coaching team leaders and working teams in delivering their projects Excellent communication and presentation skills Good numerical and analytical ability Proven business acumen
