Role Overview:

We are seeking a Scientific Operations Manager to oversee medical communications projects, coordinate with pharma clients, and drive efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background, expertise in data management, and the ability to liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scientific and medical communications projects, ensuring timely execution.
• Coordinate with pharmaceutical clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to meet project goals.
• Oversee data collation and report generation using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Plan and execute projects efficiently, maintaining high scientific accuracy and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Educational Background: B Pharma, M Pharma, MBBS, BDS preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in medical communications, pharma, or scientific project management.
• Industry Preference: Candidates with only pharmaceutical company background will be given priority.
• Strong project management, data handling, and client coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
