Design Operations Manager

Job Description :

• Team Leadership and Management:
• Manage a team of 1015 interior designers.
• Ensure high team spirit and morale.
• Provide leadership and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Design Process and Execution:
• Drive the design process transformational roadmap for smooth project execution.
• Meet monthly team targets for design sign-offs.
• Strategic Initiatives and Business Excellence:
• Define and implement strategic initiatives for continuous success in business excellence practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and with required quality.
• Operational Processes and Audits:
• Ensure operational processes align with the operations methodology.
• To maintain standards, perform periodic audits and scan various sources (dashboards, audit observations, troubled account lists, action plan trackers, etc.).
