Operations Manager

OPERATIONS ROLE :

Job Description:

• Drive the strategic initiatives by deeply collaborating with the sales & ops team.
• Collaborate with tech & product teams to deliver upon new processes and product features needed.
• Developing Demand sales solutions to improvise & optimize the process across Spinny hubs.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Work with cross-functional internal teams & Vendors for timely deliverables.
• Constant performance monitoring and project revisions basis outputs

Reuiqrements:

• 3 - 5 yrs. of experience in a startup environment, ecommerce, retail or logistics firm is a plus..
• B.Tech Grad/ Post-Grad from a Tier 1/2 college/University.
• Team management of upo 30+ operations people
• Should have a strong understanding of markets and business dynamics.
• Should be comfortable to work on ground projects when needed.
• Excellent articulation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion to work in a high growth environment in a high ownership numbers-driven role.

Work Location - Gururgam, sector 48. sohna. haryana

Work from Office: Mon - Sat (6 days working)
