Assistant Operations Head

Role & responsibilities

Strategize and Execute central initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations in city.

• The City Operations Manager has the end-to-end responsibility for delivering on all these aspects as per the internal norms of the company.
  

• Evaluate and report on OKRs, Fill Rate , Customer complaint , OTD , DMS  & new process adherence.  

• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth

• Maintain a supply chain of milk and non-milk products. 

• Analyse data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues 

• Manage workflow and day to day operations
• Explore opportunities for reducing the overall Cost Per Delivery

• responsible for leading all downstream, delivery related operations across the city

• Ensure prompt responses to queries /concerns raised by the teams and Delivery Executives thereby clearing doubts if any

• Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain.

• Ensure supply chain processes meet statutory requirements and standards as per company SOP

• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals

• Create the companys supply chain strategy and make sure 100% delivery vs ordered.
