• Payroll management
• Manpower retention planning
• Grievance handling and disciplinary procedure
• Co-ordination between all department HODs
• Decision making
• Training and development
• Preparing Policy and process implementation
• Preparation of JD for different rolls
• Employee benefit planning
• Handling Statutory compliance
• Cost analysis
• Attrition & absenteeism analysis
• Exit interview
• Increasing diversity and inclusion
• Employee engagement and rewards & recognition
• Ensuring HR Audit with 100% accuracy
• Conflict management
• Performance evaluation
• Preparing Daily/ Monthly MIS reports
• Overseeing termination process

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in HR Operations & Generalist role.
• Impressive knowledge in the retail & ecommerce industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Qualification Graduates
