Location: Regional / Zonal Office Reports to: Territory Manager / Regional Manager Direct Reports: Hub In-Charge / Cluster Manager
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Hub operations and ensure cost-effectiveness 📊.
• Achieve zero lost shipments and maintain high-quality standards 🏆.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure high satisfaction 💬.
• Lead and develop Hub teams, ensuring engagement and productivity 💪.
• Report Hub performance and ensure compliance with all regulations 📋.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate; Masters preferred 🎓.
• Experience in Logistics/Couriers/Retail/FMCG 📦.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office 💻.
• Strong leadership and communication skills ✨.

Experience: 2-3 years in cluster or area management in logistics/supply chain, or 1-2 years as a Cluster Manager at Ekart. Total relevant experience of 6-8 years 🕒.
Age: Ideal candidates should be between 30-36 years old 🎂.Salary and Benefits: Best in the industry 💰.
