Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with expertise in the North and South American markets. The ideal candidate must excel in cold calling, lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Proficiency in email outreach and hands-on experience with industry-standard sales and CRM tools are key. Experience in mobile app development is preferred but not mandatory.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and qualify potential clients in the Americas market.
    • Use tools like ZoomInfo and Apollo to build and manage prospect databases.
  • Cold Calling & Email Campaigns:
    • Engage decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, VPs) with cold calls and tailored email outreach strategies.
    • Communicate compelling value propositions aligned with client needs.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
    • Develop and execute targeted ABM strategies for high-value accounts.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies:
    • Design and implement GTM plans for product launches in the Americas.
  • CRM Management & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in systems like Zoho or HubSpot.
    • Regularly report sales performance and campaign outcomes.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
    • Stay informed on market trends and competitor strategies to optimize outreach.
    • Work closely with marketing teams to align objectives and tactics.

Key Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in business development, focusing on the Americas market.
  • Proven expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and managing sales cycles.
  • Strong experience in ABM, GTM strategies, and high-level decision-maker engagement.
  • Proficiency in email outreach and CRM management.
  • Willingness to work in the 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST shift to align with the Americas market.
  • Experience in mobile app development is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in SaaS, IT services, or technology industries.
  • Familiarity with outbound and inbound sales cycles tailored to the Americas.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
