We are looking for a motivated Cold Calling Executive with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, making outbound calls, and generating new business opportunities for the company.


Job Description

As a Cold Calling Executive, your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential clients who have not yet expressed interest in our services. You will engage prospects, qualify leads, and set appointments for further sales discussions. Your efforts will contribute to expanding our client base and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential leads to introduce our services and generate interest.
  • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within organizations to schedule follow-up meetings or product demos.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to set up appointments for sales discussions.
  • Maintain and update a pipeline of leads, tracking interactions and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Handle objections effectively and turn them into opportunities.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and lead generation goals.
  • Provide regular feedback to the sales team on common objections and concerns from prospects.
  • Keep up-to-date with the company's products, services, and industry trends to better communicate value propositions to leads.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients quickly.
  • Excellent objection-handling skills and the ability to overcome rejection.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet or exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Positive attitude and resilience in handling challenging calls.
