Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential partners that align with our company's strategic goals and target markets.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to pinpoint promising partnership opportunities.
- Proactively build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at potential partner organizations.
- Network at industry events, conferences, and online platforms to expand your professional network.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand our company's reach.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Manage and nurture existing partner relationships to maximize their value and ensure long-term collaboration.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for growth within existing partnerships.
- Think critically and strategically when planning partnership initiatives.
- Develop detailed plans with clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Anticipate potential challenges and develop contingency plans.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.G., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure alignment and maximize the success of partnership initiatives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnerships and provide regular reports to management on progress and results.
- Analyze partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent experience.
- 3-4 years of prior industry-related business development experience, specifically focused on building and managing partnerships.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing partnership strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Focused and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
