Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles, including understanding hiring needs, developing sourcing strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and extending offers.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, social media, employee referrals, and other creative approaches.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and position our company as an employer of choice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and advise on best practices.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and ensure a smooth interview process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Effectively utilize our ATS to manage candidate data, track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and ensure data integrity.
- Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and provide regular reports to management on recruitment performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and talent availability to inform recruitment strategies.
- Participate in special projects related to talent acquisition, such as employer branding initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, or process improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring qualified candidates.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
