Product Growth Analyst

Key Responsibilities / What Youll Do:

As a Product Growth Analyst, you will play a key role in leveraging data to drive business decisions, improve user experiences, and optimize product strategies. You will work on analyzing user behavior, tracking key metrics, and providing actionable insights to enhance product performance and growth.

• Analyze and interpret product data to provide meaningful insights for decision-making.
• Track and evaluate key business and product performance metrics, ensuring continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to enhance user experiences.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for internal teams.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in user behavior and product performance.
• Conduct A/B testing and user behavior analysis to support product growth initiatives.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance product adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Work with SQL and analytics tools to extract, clean, and analyze data effectively.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in product growth, data analytics, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of event tracking plans and setting up tracking for user actions.
• Hands-on experience with customer engagement platforms like MoEngage or CleverTap.
• Cross-functional knowledge of Product, Marketing, and Growth strategies.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset.

Bonus (Preferred):

• Experience in fintech, investment platforms, or digital products.
• Knowledge of growth strategies, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics.
• Exposure to machine learning and predictive analytics is a plus.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for automation and data manipulation.
