Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Google Sheets Expertise
Proficient in advanced formulas such as Array, Import Data functions, Query function, and creating interlinked sheets.
2. Google Forms and Systems Experience
Hands-on experience with Google Forms.
Familiarity with Flow Management Systems (FMS) and Project Management Systems (PMS).
3. Data Visualization
Experience working with visualization tools like Looker Studio or Power BI.
4. Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML is an added advantage.
5. Data Handling and Presentation
Capability to sort, clean, and analyze data using Advanced Excel.
Ability to create impactful dashboard presentations for senior leadership (e.g., the Director).
6. Communication Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and present findings.
